John Laird to Deliver Keynote Address at SCDP Crab Feed - February 25
John Laird, California's new Secretary for Natural Resources under Governor Jerry Brown, will deliver the keynote address at his year's Crab Feed. Laird, a former California Assembly member and longtime environmental advocate, co-authored AB-32 -- California's watershed climate bill that was signed into law in 2006 and mandates the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
